Farm Day Excursion to Warren Wilson for Farm and Folklife

Description

This group will travel from downtown Asheville to nearby Warren Wilson College, where you'll be able to learn more about the school's unique programs and student involvement in the community. The college "promises hands-on, community-engaged courses, research, and internship for every student in every major."

Saturday mornings typically include activities that bring together students, staff, and faculty around the Warren Wilson farm, where you can learn about the hands-on work done at the college in addition to the creative work students are involved in.

The no-cost registration assures you a seat on the shuttle to travel to and from Warren Wilson's campus.

Please note: The time noted (9am–1pm) is tentative. You will be notified once the time is determined.
